NEET MDS 2025 Results Announced for Over 30,000 Candidates on natboard.edu.in; Counselling to Begin Soon

The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) has officially released the NEET MDS 2025 results. Announced on May 15, the results are now accessible for all candidates who took the Master of Dental Surgery entrance exam conducted on April 19, 2025.

This year, a total of 30,435 aspirants registered for the NEET MDS examination. Candidates can now view their individual scores and ranks by logging into the official NBEMS portal https://natboard.edu.in using their roll number and application ID.

Cut-Off Marks for NEET MDS 2025

NBEMS has also published the qualifying cut-off scores across various categories:

General and EWS: 50th percentile, score of 261 out of 960

General PwBD: 45th percentile, score of 244

OBC, SC, ST (including PwBD): 40th percentile, score of 227


Candidates scoring equal to or above these thresholds are considered qualified for the counselling process.

How to Download NEET MDS 2025 Result PDF

To download your NEET MDS result and scorecard:

1. Visit the official NBEMS website: https://natboard.edu.in


2. Find and click on the “NEET MDS 2025 Result” link in the announcements section.


3. Enter your roll number and application ID to log into the candidate portal.


4. View your result, including score out of 960 and All India Rank.


5. Download and save the scorecard PDF for future reference.

Counselling and Next Steps

Candidates who qualify are now eligible to participate in the counselling process, which will be managed by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC). The detailed counselling schedule is expected to be released soon. Candidates are advised to keep checking the MCC and NBEMS websites for updates. The final date for internship completion, as confirmed by the Dental Council of India, is June 30, 2025.

Past Trends in NEET MDS Cut-Offs

In previous years, NEET MDS cut-off scores have seen significant adjustments. For instance, in 2024, the General/EWS cut-off percentile was revised to 28.308 with a corresponding score of 263. In 2023, it dropped from an initial 272 to 168. Similar downward revisions were also recorded for SC/ST/OBC categories, sometimes as low as 125 marks.
